Business Partners
A Business Partner is paired with a Digital Planet Partner Manager. The Partner
Manager becomes an outsourced telecom sales engineer for the Business Partner. The
Partner Manager will perform bill audits, quote management, network assessments
and design, service recommendations, proposal generation, contract submission and
tracking, and even be available for pre-sales customer calls.
Most Business Partners focus on technology sales and services.
Digital Planet will support the Business Partner in all sales efforts and interact
directly with the Business Partners customer if requested. The Business Partner
will retain customer service and support post sale.
